1. Q: How can I order? A: Search or browse the different offerings on the websites until you find what you like and add it to your cart by clicking on the shopping cart. Once you are done browsing, click on checkout and complete the mandatory items prior to payment. Once payment method has been confirmed and processed, your order will be complete and followed up by email confirmation.
2. Q: What information should I input when ordering?
A: Our ordering system page will prompt you for mandatory delivery information [Name, Surname, Delivery address etc.]. The information will be used purely for the purpose of the order and will not be shared with third parties.

A: Snap Scan, Instant EFT, YOCO, Deposit
4. Q: Is VAT charged?
A: No, EMANIA is not a registered VAT supplier.
5. Q: What should I do if the payment is not accepted?
A: If you have verified your bank details & tried again after a short period, but you still can’t make the payment, please contact info@emania.co.za notify us about the problem. We can manage the order manually.
6. Q: How can I change my current delivery address?
A: Sign into your account and go to “my account”. On “my account” you can change all your contact information.
7. Q: What are the delivery charges?
A: EMANIA charges a R200 delivery fee.

A: Go to this page https://www.emania.co.za and click “create a new account”, then just fill in all the needed information and click “create”. After submitting the form, your account will be confirmed, and you will be notified via email.

A: You can retrieve your password by clicking “forgot password?”. Instructions on password retrieval will be send to your email.

A: You can easily change all your information on your account. Go to login page (https:// www.emania.co.za /login) and log in, then click “my account” and “edit”. This is where you can change all your contact information.

17. Q: Can I track my order?
A: We will send you the tracking code of the shipment once the parcel has been sent.
